Sidney Singer oversees the Levin leasing team and works directly with clients to develop and implement leasing strategies for their properties. He joined the firm in 2018 as a senior leasing representative and has a deep history of retail real estate industry experience in both leasing and property management operations. Sidney has been a stand-out leasing professional during his tenure with Levin, arranging leases with a range of national tenants and playing a key role in strategically retenanting and repositioning properties. Prior to joining Levin, he was a commercial leasing manager at Edgewood Properties Inc./M&M Realty Partners. Sidney also previously owned a successful retail business, which he grew to 15 locations, providing him with a distinctive perspective when it comes to understanding tenant needs and helping both new and expanding retailers navigate the leasing process. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has been an ICSC member since 2006. He received CoStar Group’s Annual Power Broker Award in 2021 & 2022 for “Top Retail Leasing Brokers” in Northern New Jersey.
